At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because our lip gloss products are made and prepared in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high order volumes or product launches.

Preorders  

If you purchase a preorder item, please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order ships. Preorders allow us to prepare fresh batches to ensure the best quality.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. ShhPerfeck Lipgloss is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, ShhPerfeck Lipgloss is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
